Message from CEO

How is it, if I have to live in the cold or the heat because of the lack of energy or its consumption restriction from the environmental problem? If I am extremely hungry and thirsty because of the lack of foods and water? If I have to suffer from the disease that is hard to cure? The real pain from those situations is unendurable to me. However, those situations might be realized in the near future by disasters, environmental problems or change in the national conditions. Some regions in the world have already fallen in those situations. I think there are still things to do in energy, ecology, foods, water and healthcare field. That is my motive to start up Chemio. 

I have been walked in the research and development field for about forty years, starting from the discovery of the intermetallic compound Zr7Ni10 as a new battery material in my student days. In the period, I was engaged in the development in some batteries and ceramic materials. I also developed the new inorganic/organic hybrid materials (nano tech Award 2014 New Exhibitor Award) and applied them to fuel cells, catalysts and antibacterial materials. Using the broad experience in functional chemical materials and systems, I want to contribute to solve the problems in energy, ecology, foods, water and healthcare field.

 

Chemio started its business from the contract research about the carbon neutrality and the battery technologies with major manufacturers of automobiles, chemicals and architectures etc. Chemio also started selling the eco-friendly water sterilization polymer products, researching applicability to agriculture and aquaculture.
